Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of payment and before the course access has been granted or kit dispatched (if applicable).

  • Once access to the course materials is provided or kit is shipped, no cancellation will be entertained.

Refund Policy:

  • Digital Products (courses, webinars, downloads): Once purchased and accessed, digital products are non-refundable. However, in case of any technical issues or non-delivery, please reach out within 48 hours.

  • Beginner Kits / Physical Products: If a physical kit is received in damaged or defective condition, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video proof for verification.

  • If you feel that the product/course received is not as described, please bring it to our attention within 7 days. Our team will review your concern and take appropriate action.

Refund Processing:
